    On July 31 my car wouldn’t start… Called Fesserton auto at 8:30 that morning and it was told to bring my car up and they would have a look at it… Keeping in mind that this is the Wednesday before a long weekend in the middle of summer I drove my car to the shop went in and was met by William who came out and looked underneath the hood told me what the problem was went back into the garage got a few trusty tools came out cleaned my battery terminals cleaned connecters tightened them all told me to start the car Closed the hood gave me a smile and said enjoy your weekend Kathy & walked away…thank you, William you reaffirmed this old girls faith in mankind
